The Founder

Mr. Elia Dyitege
“My joy is to see youth with autism and other cognitive challenges lives happy and have equal opportunity in the community.”
Life is series of many chapters…., I was born and raised in the village, in my lifetime I often came across poverty stricken families , barefooted children with ragged
My heart ached for them, but I couldn’t offer anything either as I was not from a wealthy family. My entire life, the image of those kids pained me. I started questioning myself, but I had no answers…..
After secondary education , my soul journey too me towards a pathway of volunteering at an organization Compassion international because they were supporting children from vulnerable families.
A year later I went to college and took a course with Arusha Connect Autisms Tanzania. I knew there was a need to create awareness about autism , to bring care and love in their lives.
When I finished college I asked to volunteer and soon became part of their team as training coordinator , My role was setting home programs for youth with autism challenges , vocational training for those with interest and connecting them to possible pathways of employment
The inspiration of what was in my heart was now getting a light ! My ambition to see these youth happy, achieving their dream.
